I’m using the Pinboard theme. The following code is my sites header.php. Can you tell me where to put paste the compact login code <?php echo eMember_compact_login_widget(); ?> so it shows up at the top of the page.
I’ve tried a few spots withing the header area but it seems to duplicate and display the login info.
I can just use a widget but that removes the social links which I want to keep.

archenemysMemberIt looks like it’s happens only on one subscription level, silver. When I click “Generate a Registration Completion Link” or “Generate & Email the Registration Completion Link (bulk model)” they get the link just fine.

…but the registration link they are sent to tells them that free registration is disabled. There is no place for them to fill in their registration info…

Also I noticed that the paid member that joined on 8/23 doesn’t even show up as an emember.

It’s just that people tend to forget to “review” after an extended amount of time and we loose revenue. That make sense?
Is there any chance that this could be looked into so that this would be an option that you all could write into this software?
I’m sure there are many other people out there that this benefit… I’m getting emails almost daily with people wondering why they no longer have access after paying and canceling when they paid for the 90 days.
This is generally a standard option for subscription software or services that we have used in the past
April 17, 2013 at 7:16 pm in reply to: Remaining membership time after subscription cancellation #39456archenemysMemberOne more questions… If someone was to pick the PLATINUM vip membership and they pay the upfront $38.99 for 90 days and then recurring at $12.99/month… and I have the duration to 31 days… after 31 days is it going to make there account inactive because the system is going to think that they didn’t send payment?
I thought about creating several emembership level for each estore memeber subscription and set the duration of say the platinum membership to 90/days, however then they would have to pay $38.99 every 90 days instead of just $12.99 every 30 days after first upfront fee.
Does this make sense?

I currently only have 1 emember membership level for “VIP MEMBERs” but within my estore I have different options for payments as you will see on my join page (example: BRONZE member is a 2 day trial for $2.99 then it bills $24.99/month after 2 days recurring every 30 days…another one is PLATINUM member which is $38.99 upfront for 90 days then after 90 days it’s recurring every 30 days at $12.99/month etc.) so they aren’t paying for additional content like most emember sites, they are picking what upfront cost they want to pay to access the VIP content in general.
I protect all my VIP content using more tags within posts (VIP photos/videos), but no matter what subscription someone picks, they get the same content… it’s just they get a discounted rate if they pay upfront. So I currently only have my 1 VIP Membership level for emember which is set to “good till canceled”.
That being said, (as others have said) when someone cancels who signed up for say the platinum membership after only 3 days or something, they can no longer login for there paid remaining 87 days and sets it to inactive. Same thing with the 2 day trial etc.
So after reading your responses to other people with similar issues, I thought about just changing it to the duration of 31 days…..HOWEVER if I change my ememebr VIP membership level to have the duration of 31 days, that won’t work for my 2 day trail or any other membership level OTHER THAN the one the is just monthly CORRECT??
If you could please look at my join page to see more what I mean that would be great. I have had SO many people complain about this, especially the people who sign up to the 2 day trial and immediately cancel because they don’t want it to recur at $24.99 in 2 days but then they don’t have access so they pay again and want a refund..

I’m using estore to process my subscriptions. My paying members are not receiving the complete registration forms to there email. Domain [www.carrielachance.com]

archenemysMemberI encoded it to MP4… am I supposed to encode to h.264 with the save as type?
