I started my membership site and I am currently using v7.9.2 of your eMember plugin, but several paying membership have email me saying they haven’t received a registration email/link after payment.
I have to manually sent another registration completion link thru the Admin Functions, but my understanding was the email was suppose to be sent automatically..
Can some one please tell me how I could verify or what setting I have to change so the registration link goes out automatically after subscription payment?
They have check there spam folders and noting.. The only get the email when I manually generate another one.
BTW, I am using both your eStore and eMembership plugins and I am currently using Aweber.
my URL: [http://BinaryShift.com]
Thanks
September 26, 2012 at 10:39 pm #49742PeterMemberHi,
So after looking at your site I noticed you are using eStore to sell the membership.
Therefore can you please enable debug for eStore and share the outpout of the “subscription_handle_debug.log”.
This post will help you with this:

Also, load fresh copies of the plugin just to be sure:

September 3, 2015 at 3:36 pm #49746ray1469MemberHi, I also have this problem. Kindly help me solve it.

September 4, 2015 at 1:31 am #49747adminKeymasterLooks like the IPN validation is failing for the payment. Are you using WP eStore to accept payment for membership? Did you do what the following documentation says?
Have you enabled the sandbox option but then doing the transaction using your LIVE account?
Please post a link to the page where you have your membership payment button so I can investigate it.
September 4, 2015 at 4:11 am #49748ray1469MemberI am using WP eMember.
I have not enable the sandbox option.
The link to my membership button is [http://www.masterstocktrader.com.sg/test]
September 4, 2015 at 11:39 pm #49749adminKeymasterYour setup looks fine. Something strange is going on your server which is messing up the IPN validation functionality. I will need to take a look inside. I have sen you an email for it.
September 6, 2015 at 5:06 pm #49750celiacoachMemberI have a similar problem with WP eMember. Customer pays via a Paypal button – IPN is enabled – customer IS ADDED automatically to members list…but no registration email is sent EVEN if I try to send one manually after the member has been added. Site is [http://miraclemembers.com]
I wondered whether it is somehow a hosting problem as I had the same problem with another plugin, hence me buying this one

September 7, 2015 at 1:40 pm #49753celiacoachMemberThanks very much. I thought it must be something else, having the same issue with 2 different plugins.

September 19, 2015 at 12:58 am #49755adminKeymasterLooks like the PayPal IPN validation is failing. Are you using it with WP eStore plguin or integrating it with a PayPal hosted button?
