KeymasterWe have the following filter that should be helpful:

KeymasterYour PayPal address which appears at the PayPal checkout login screen is NOT being caused by eStore.
This is due to the type of PayPal account you have (personal, premier or business account). In order to be able to display your company name instead of the email address you will need to upgrade your PayPal account to a business account (upgrading is free).
Alternatively, you can use a custom checkout page style if you want to (our eStore plugin has an option for it):

KeymasterA membership system will ALWAYS need a proper authentication model. I understand what you want but there will never be an option to remove the password field in the plugin because that will likely introduce security holes for everyone else using this same plugin.
The best option I can think of is the following:
On your registration page, instruct your users to use their email address as the password. So they will enter their email address in the password field. You are allowed to use any password you want.
You can edit the registration page and add a message there just before the shortcode.

KeymasterDoes your theme have any JavaScript errors? Those errors can cause JavaScript from other plugins to stop working and create issues.
Post a link to your site’s page where we can go and see the issue (so we can inspect it).

KeymasterPlease post a link to the page where we can inspect the HTML code.

KeymasterWP eMember uses plain text email at the moment. The following post will explain our reasoning:

January 26, 2016 at 12:51 am in reply to: eMember – Need a login stays on the same page but only under circumstances #64375admin
KeymasterI have added a new option for this in the “inline login widget option”. This will only work for the inline login widget (won’t work if you are using fancy login).
When using the inline login widget option, You can enable the following option in the settings
Prevent After Login Redirection When Logging in via Inline Login OptionThis will keep the users on that post/page (when they log into the site using the inline login widget of that post/page).
I have sent you an email with the update so you can start using it now.
January 25, 2016 at 12:45 am in reply to: eMember – trying to remove user name field from registration form #72400admin
KeymasterThe “username” field is a required field for this plugin (it can’t be removed). WordPress requires the username field so that field is an integral part of our plugin for the registration process.
You can use the following addon which will allow your users to log into the site using email address and their password:

KeymasterUsing section/partial protection is the way to go when you want to do teaser content. So what you have done is perfectly okay.

KeymasterI think your image URL is incorrect (the file name likely has a typo).
Did you load your image using the browser’s address bar to make sure it loads correctly?
Post a link to your page where I can go and add item to the cart so I can inspect the image.

January 22, 2016 at 11:54 pm in reply to: eMember – Misaligned lessons images in Sensei plugin's course page #72382admin
KeymasterI can’t see how that is being affected by our plugin. Our plugin doesn’t touch anything of that. Temporarily deactivate eMember to see if those alignment issues are still there (which will prove that eMember is not doing anything there).

KeymasterWe don’t have anything similar but there should other related plugins that are maintained.
January 22, 2016 at 12:00 am in reply to: eMember – First Free Click doesn't show entire post the first time #72374admin
KeymasterAre you arriving on the protected page/post directly by clicking on a Google search result?
How did you protect this page/post? Using section protection or the full post protection?
What steps can I take to do the same test you are doing?

KeymasterOur plugin doesn’t have ANY reference to that plugin (it doesn’t call any function or class of that plugin). So this can’t come from our plugin.
Have you modified and added any custom code in the plugin that calls a function from that other plugin?
Also, the “ContestHopper for WordPress” plugin is outdated. It is likely using code that doesn’t conform with current WordPress’s structure. You should not be using a plugin that is not kept upto date to work with current version of WordPress.
