All seems to work well EXCEPT my e-mail address shows where the merchants name is usually located on the left side over the amounts on final PayPal checkout form. The e-mail shown IS the one which relates to the PayPal account. I noticed that YOUR checkout displays your company name and have found this is a standard procedures on all other shopping carts I have used. Please advise where in settings I can put the merchant or store name to show on final checkout form.
Your PayPal address which appears at the PayPal checkout login screen is NOT being caused by eStore.
This is due to the type of PayPal account you have (personal, premier or business account). In order to be able to display your company name instead of the email address you will need to upgrade your PayPal account to a business account (upgrading is free).
Alternatively, you can use a custom checkout page style if you want to (our eStore plugin has an option for it):

Thank you so much for your response – much appreciated. I have sent PayPal account upgrade info to my client. I had an idea that this ‘might’ be the problem but did not know that upgrading was free. Good to know!! Funny thing is that my own PayPal must have been upgraded at some point – but soooo long ago I wasn’t even aware (LOL). And I’m putting ‘how to create custom checkout page’ on my ‘to do’ list Again – thank you for your help.
