I am trying to setup my WP-Photo seller. When testing with paypal sandbox, it seems to Work, but I recieve no e-mail with download links.
Please help

Log into your paypal seller account and check the following settings:
1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)
2) “Payment Data Transfer” (this should be enabled)
3) “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” (this should be enabled).
4) UTF-8 formatting enabled as per https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/some-characters-and-text-not-recognizable-in-the-notification-email
Photo seller site:
1) In Payment Gateway Settings make sure you have entered your paypal email and also the PDT identity token.

So the problem must be in Photo seller

Money is transfered, but no order is created in Photo seller and no emails is being send.
Please help!

1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)
2) “Payment Data Transfer” (this should be enabled)
3) “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” (this should be enabled).

If you are then do the following:
Please enable debug for the photo seller – go to Settings and scroll to bottom and enable “Logging”.
Also create a dummy gallery with price of $0.01 (or equivalent). Then send me the link to that gallery so I can make a real purchase.

No I don’t think that should be a problem.
Irrespective of that, did you doublecheck those configuration items in your paypal account?
Also, please perform the other tasks as per my previous response.

After I pay, I get to reciepe page. Here I can click to go back, and I get to the Thank you page.

June 22, 2016 at 2:25 pm #73469PeterMemberLooks like you don’t have either the auto return or IPN enabled.
It doesn’t matter what URL you put in paypal settings for these because we set it dynamically from our plugin when sending the message to paypal. (just put your home URL)
Please fix those items in your paypal account and I will try another test tomorrow because I need to go to bed now.
