Installed two plugins today, the order management plugin and the receipt creator both do not seem to work on new purchases after the plugins have been activated.
Also, customers do not seem to be getting emails sent to them with download links. The admin email address also does not get any emails from the website generated by the plugins. But we can get emails generated by the SMTP plugin during testing that.
Any help on this issue would be greatly appreciated.
Can you send emails, using the Admin Functions panel?

It is likely, the payment notification is not reaching the plugin which is why none of the post payment stuff is working. As soon as you fix that (using the info from the above posts) the rest will work.
