The orders are showing up in the Manage Customers, the payment shows up in PayPal account as well as being debited from the purchasers PayPal account, but no email is being generated from the store nor PayPal. As a purchaser I’m not receiving emails from PayPal either. However, the amount is debited my from my account.

Test emails go out using WP-Mail-SMTP. I’ve been looking at this for so long it’s like looking at a tree and missing the forest.
May 22, 2013 at 11:27 pm #55798wpCommerceModeratorHi, Thank you for the details. I can see that the plugin is definitely sending the emails out but these emails are getting blocked somewhere. Please check this checklist which should help you:
May 23, 2013 at 1:21 am #55799crlannenMemberWell the emails finally showed up….just 7 hours later. I have a feeling that since his primary PayPal address is different that what is being used in the cart is causing the problem(s).
May 23, 2013 at 4:19 am #55800IvyMemberThere may have also been a delay in PayPal’s server or the email server. If the eStore does not get what it needs from PayPal it will not send out the download links. The eStore will never send out a product if it can not fully verify the purchase.
However since the debug is showing the email was sent I would say there was a server delay.
Hosting companies like GoDaddy delay outbound emails at least 30 minutes.
