Hi, The feature of delivery the download links on the thank you page stopped working yesterday. It was working like a charm and now nada. No changes, the shortcode is still there, the settings are still the same…just doesn’t show on thank you page.
Customer still gets products via email. It was just such an elegant feature.
Confused as to why something would just stop working without changes. Makes me wonder what I am doing wrong.

What do you mean by “stopped working?” Do you get links that don’t work, see nothing at all, or see just the shortcode? It’s important that we get as complete a description of the problem as possible, besides “stopped working,” so that we can suggest the most likely (out of many) reasons for the problem.

The links just stopped showing on the Thank You page. They just don’t appear.
I will try installing a fresh version as pointed out in your item 3.

I finally updated eStore and found that the trouble is that PayPal had changed something that required that I change a setting in my PayPal account.
Fortunately, you guys keeps the instructions current here:

Just following that exactly solved the issue.
