Hello –
I’m testing my eStore in PayPal Sandbox Mode and everything is working fine regarding the transaction however I’m not receiving the email to Download the Digital Products, nor is the link appearing on the Thank you page. I’ve watched the Video on how to set this up a few time and read the explanation (also a few time) so I”m pretty sure everything is set up as indicated by the WP eStore Demo.
I am receiving Membership emails and Notice of Product Sale as well as the Receipt for Your Payment emails but no email for Product Download, nor does the link appear on the Thank You Page.
I have read the other Posts here about this issue but nothing that I have done fixes the issue.
Look forward to resolving this.

Thanks for the quick reply.
I figured out what I was doing wrong. In PayPal, I had my account set up for my real account however I was using WP eStore in Sandbox Mode. It was a ID Token Issue. Once I updated Sandbox PayPal account and WP with the correct ID Token (now I just had to remember to change it back again) everything is working fine for the Thank You Page links. I get the links there to download the purchases, but still do not get the Email to Download Purchases. So, Thank You Page: OK. Email . . . still figuring it out. Not working yet.
I thought the emails might be going to my “Buyers” PayPal Account email account in PayPal however nothing there for Downloads links – anyway, I was logged into my site as me, with my normal email associated with the purchase so the emails should be coming to my normal email account, right? – nothing associated with PayPal. Anyway, no emails anywhere.
Also, on a similar note: When I click on the download link on the Thank You Page, the MP3s stream, they do not download. I cannot understand why. I have created the CloudFront in Amazon Web Services to “Download” not “Streaming” for that bucket however streaming is what I get. Any ideas here?

Regarding emails, when you are using the PayPal sandbox you will not be able to send emails to your “buyer” address because this address is an internal PayPal test account.
Regarding the mp3 – what happens if you right-click and save-as?

But I am receiving emails in my PayPal Account (internally) for the Buyer and the Seller notifications, receipts etc. Wouldn’t I receive the downloadable links there also if it were sent to PayPal? I’m going to try the transaction in normal mode – not Sandbox – and see that happens.
Yes, I have tried right-mouse clicking.
