    Thanks again!!

We are ok with trusting people to pay, we are not selling physical or download products, we sell educational classes and camp slots for kids. They can’t attend until payment is received. More important is inventory is deducted on the website for credit card and cash payments.

It seems as if option 2 is an easier setup than option 3.

Is the difference between 2 and 3, that 3 has an additional admin screen to monitor payments received?

Also want to confirm that this option:

“Automatically Update Customer & Products Database”

must be checked for the product inventory to be linked to manual checkout:

Thanks for your help, we have eStore running live now and want to be clear about manual checkout features before activating them.

Thank you. Read through the WP eStore’s Manual/Offline Checkout Methods, but nots sure which of the 3 options is best for us. Could I get some advice?

We want offer 2 payment choices:

    1- Pay by paypal/credit card.

2- Pay by check/cash, without any online payment processing.

Want both payment options to deduct inventory for the product purchased. Which of the 3 manual payment checkout options would you recommend?

Do we need WP eMember installed to accomplish this?

We want to do this through WP eStore only.

Do we need to create a separate order form or manual order page for manual payments?

Searched the forum and looked for a video. Are there any online demos showing the manual setup?

    Any assistance is very appreciated.

    Thank you, Robert

Just want to be sure I understand.

We will need the WP eMember Form Builder Addon (Extension)

to create a custom registration form for each membership level?

Without that extension there is only one registration form integrated into eMember?

    Thank you, robert

    Thank you wzp.

Leaving the Variation Addition Symbol blank is working fine.

Coupon codes is an excellent solution for individual products but for kid’s camps scholarship rates need a sliding scale drop down menu.

After installing the eStore-advanced-variations-ui add-on I have a working solution. See it here:

By assigning a -negative price price for each variation value:

    -0, -25, -50, -75, -100

there is now a drop down menu option with discounted prices.

Only issue is the “+” symbol showing in the drop down menu.

Any ideas how to remove the “+” symbol from the drop down menu text?

    Appreciate any ideas,

    robert

There are no eligibility requirements specified online. Each person decides what to pay when selecting camp week for their child.

Will review discount link. Thank You.
