MemberNeed to create two additional custom registration forms when buyer purchases our Kid’s Camp week(s) or CSA Farm Share at our educational farm.
Will this add-on allow us to do create reg forms that can be linked to specific products?:
WP eMember Form Builder Addon (Extension)
In eMember we have built out a Free Member reg form with custom fields. Have reviewed this video:
“Member Signup Scenario 3.1 Extended with WP eStore” but not sure how to assign a custom reg form when somone buys a specific product.
Could someone direct us to video or docs for integrating additional reg forms based on the product purchased?

KeymasterYes, you will be able to create a custom registration form for each of your membership level. You can then hook a product to the level you desire.

MemberJust want to be sure I understand.
We will need the WP eMember Form Builder Addon (Extension)
to create a custom registration form for each membership level?
Without that extension there is only one registration form integrated into eMember?
Thank you, robert

SpectatorWhat is the short code for using additional custom form? (built by add-on form builder)

KeymasterYou don’t need to use a different shortcode. When a user is registering for a level, given you have a custom form for that level, the addon will show that level.
Read the following post for more explanation:
There is an option to create a registration form just for a particular level (you shouldn’t need it though):
