I am getting notice of sale to seller’s email but not to client. Settings all correct and yes I checked all boxes so all status (pending, complete etc) should trigger client email but nothing (not in spam too). Ideas?

I installed on dev server a month, when we moved to production domain it didn’t work so uninstalled and downloaded a fresh copy and installed again. It seems to work but keeps asking for basic settings, I enter them, it says saved successfully yet it doesn’t because it keeps asking for it and it remains empty including paypal…

To clarify, yes I tried entering all basic settings number of times.

I have installed the plugin and basic settings, but can’t get the “Some basic settings are required for WP PhotoSeller. Basic Settings” to stop and my basic settings are not saved preventing me from creating galleries.

Any ideas?

I installed the plugin on dev and moved the site to production server but images would not show. So I deleted the plugin and tried installing again but it fails. I even deleted the database tables same issue…

so yes, this works, the default add to cart is cut on mobile so consider replacing with “+” which works well to mobile screen size.

Only issue is that the “buy the complete gallery” table shows price and add but no description making it unclear.

In my example I have full size, half, quarter but the complete gallery shows 3 prices but not description as it is below on mobile. Client will find this confusing. Hope to find a solution…
