I’m missing something very basic. Once I have configured WP Photo Seller and setup a gallery, I presume I create a PAGE from which to sell my photos. Is there a short code to insert in the basic page? I have found nothing in the documentation that tells me how to create the page.
That page actually gets created for you automatically. If you go to your pages menu in the admin, you don’t see any page called “Photo Gallery”?
You can also manually create a page and insert the shortcode there. Go to the following documentation page then look at the “How to create a photo gallery” documentation:
http://photography-solutions.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wp-photo-seller-documentation/
It will tell you what shortcode to use in the page.
I have installed the plugin and basic settings, but can’t get the “Some basic settings are required for WP PhotoSeller. Basic Settings” to stop and my basic settings are not saved preventing me from creating galleries.
Any ideas?
Looks like you setup this plugin about a month ago, what has changed recently when it started to show this?
Have you specified your PayPal email address and selected a currency then saved it?
I installed on dev server a month, when we moved to production domain it didn’t work so uninstalled and downloaded a fresh copy and installed again. It seems to work but keeps asking for basic settings, I enter them, it says saved successfully yet it doesn’t because it keeps asking for it and it remains empty including paypal…
To clarify, yes I tried entering all basic settings number of times.
I’ve sent you an email.
