Woo hoo! It worked! I used FTP to change the file name and it works like a charm now! Thanks for your help!
TeriGRMemberNo. I didn’t rename the directory on purpose. But I did name the folder “wp-cart-for-digital-productsnewer” on my desktop when I downloaded the upgrade (to distinguish it from the older version) but forgot to change it back once I got rid of the old version (before installing). How do I re-name the directory?
I followed the upgrade instructions instructions for removing the old plugin so I don’t think I have more than one copy of eStore installed.
TeriGRMemberI have e-store v5.9.9 to sell mp3 meditations. Everything seems to work (Paypal, aWeber) etc. except that the encrypted link does not work. I get a 404 – page not found error. I have tried the following actions to correct but no success:
* in Addon settings changed to “do not convert” (no help)
* changed to “relative” (no help)
* unchecked “downloadable” box
Here’s the location of the mp3 file:
http://strongandwise.com/blog/wp-content/uploads/2011/10/SPACE-Key-Guided-Meditation.mp3
Here’s the encrypted link:
Clearly the files locations are different, but I’m not sure how to correct this.
Thanks for any help you can give.

TeriGRMemberJust updated to Version v5.9.9 – still same error message. Will contact you via email. Thanks for all your help – very much appreciated.
TeriGRMemberVersion v5.9.7 – is there an update?
TeriGRMemberNot sure if this is what you were asking for – let me know:
<?php
require_once ‘Mail.php’;
require_once ‘Mail/mime.php’;
$emailFrom = “info@strongandwise.com”;
$emailSubject = “Your Custom Strong & Wise Key Test Results”;
$authInfo = array(
‘host’ => REDACTED,
‘auth’ => true,
‘username’ => REDACTED,
‘password’ => REDACTED,
‘localhost’ => REDACTED,
);
?>
TeriGRMemberI deleted the eStore plugin, then used Cyberduck FTP Program to upload the (uncompressed) files into public_html/strongandwise/blog/wp-content/plugins. The file transfer completed successfully and the plug-in appeared in the list of plugins. BUT as soon as I activated it, I lost my home page and got the exact same error message. Hmmm.
TeriGRMemberAlso, my computer is a MAC – not sure this makes any difference, but thought I should add it.
TeriGRMemberI watched the plugin installation video and uploaded the plugin via the WordPress plugin uploader. One thought, when I downloaded the file from your site after purchasing, the file did not come as a zip file, but as a folder. I had to “zip it” on my desk top. Could this have had any effect?
