If a customer sends me an email saying they are not satisfied with a download image by what process do I issue a
refund? Is there a PhotoSeller feature to do this or a PayPal process to do this?
Codex lists supported file types for Images such as jpg and png, and it has a different list of supported file types for Documents including .psd. Can I upload my images to the WP Library as .psd? Same question for the Bulk Uploader, can I use .psd? I’m looking for a lossless image file type more universally accepted than .png. Since PS uses .psd for images all my images are .psd. I prefer to have the WP Photo Seller galleries populated with .tif files, but that is not supported by WP so I could use .psd if supported by WP.
I was afraid the .png to .tif would require an image by image edit, and that would be too time consuming. I’m not sure publishers want .png, and many personal use customers wouldn’t be able to use .png, and some publishers don’t want the lossy jpeg. The file types supported by Photo Seller are much too limited.
That brings me back to my original question a couple days ago. If I upload full file size in the .png file type by what process do I use to offer my customers a .tif file type?
If I use the bulk uploader to FTP TIFF files to my site will WP Photo Seller be able to automatically resize the TIFF files to populate the galleries?
