yes – thanks, finally figured that’s what you were saying (didn’t get an email of your reply for some reason).
Now I’ll just have to remember to make this change every time the plugin is updated….
Maybe they can make the option part of the plugin at some point?
Thank you!!!
Scott MunsonMemberHelp please…
I still don’t get it.
I’ve found
define(“ESTORE_MANAGEMENT_PERMISSION”, “manage_options”);
what do I replace “manage_options” with if I want an editor to have access to wp estore?
Thank you!
Scott MunsonMemberOH!
I bought and really like your plugin. But am I to understand from the above that one can’t take advantage of the micropayments pricing structure in Paypal with WP-estore…..?
That would really be most unfortunate!
Thanks
Scott.
Scott MunsonMemberI have the same problem – after update still no PDT Identity Token Field….??
So download links not displaying…..
Please Help.
Thanks!
Scott MunsonMemberHi Amin,
Wondering if you might be able to give an answer to the following questions from the previous reply:
two thoughts:
1. If the merchant that I’m selling the digital product of has a server then the files can be hosted on thier server. Is there a way to have a ‘log’ file in that folder?
2. Is there a way for merchants whose digital products I’m selling to be automatically notified and/or see thier sales by somehow using your affiliate plugin in conjunction with estore?
I see in each product there’s a ‘commision’ field. Is there a way (obviously I don’t know how the affiliate program works – I do know the basic concept though) of assigning a product ID to an affiliate member (in this case it would be a merchant) so at the very least they could log into thier account and see how many times that product sold – regardless of how the customer got to the product via the internet.
Thanks so much!
Scott MunsonMemberHi Amin,
Thank you for your great support.
Yes I saw that option. I guess I’ll use it as a last resort. (This will really only be an issue if the product is a digital download.)
But two other thoughts:

2. I guess there’s no way to accomplish the above requests by somehow using your affiliate plugin in conjunction with estore?

Thanks so much!
Scott MunsonMemberActually if I could revise that……
Obviously I will have to notify the person whose product it is so they can ship it!
(would be great if this could be generated AUTOMATICALLY)
However…
some items will be digital downloads. So, with respect to those products the above question remains the same. (how can they be automatically notified/ how can they see thier sales)
I have multi-user set up in my PayP bussiness account – but this seems of very modest use!
Thanks!

Thanks!
Scott MunsonMemberOne more thing.
Can I add in the shopping cart something like ‘Shipping and Handling will be calculated at PayPal end’
Scott MunsonMemberI think I misunderstood how the PayPal shipping calculator works. I guess if you don’t calculate the shipping before signing in it charges you shipping based on your zip-code…..
It would still be nice to have it though on the plugin end..
Thanks!
