    Hello amin&Ivy

    Thank you both for your support and for this awesome plugins .

    i have a couple Problems hope you can help me with .

    1-

    “For some reason I’m unable to get the Thank you page to display the list of the digital products that the customer ordered.”

    the plugin send the email with the download link and show my custom message in the thank you page and clear the cart sucsesfully.

    I enabled the (Payment Data Transfer) feature in paypal and the plugin as will ,but i cant find the “PDT Identity Token” field in the plugin seting as saying here

    “Specify the PDT Identity Token in the “PDT Identity Token” field of the PayPal Payment Gateway Settings menu of WP eStore.” to add my Identity Token COD that paypal generate, i am using WP eStore v 4.3.1 ,WP Affiliate Platform v 4.2.5 and WP eMembers v5.6.7

    wordpress 3.0.1

    i added the shortcode [wp_eStore_transaction_result:end] in my thank you page .

    2-

    i am using arabic language in my site .

    i did the translation for the 3 plugins and everything works fine, except for WP eStore .the name and the description of the product does not displaying correctly it showing question marks ؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟؟ instead of إسم المنتج

    is there is any way to fix this to make the plugin displaying the product name and description in arabic .

    Are you using a fancy display? The word “Product Name” does not appear correctly or the actual product name does not appear correctly? Did you save the language file in UTF-8 after you modified it?

    Please post a link to the page where you have this.

    ok i will send request for update now .

    yes i am using fancy display (wp_eStore_fancy1 id=1) and yes i did save my translation file as UTF-8 and even tried to change the e-store display table in php myadmin to UTF-8 but no luck.

    Thanks for the link… so the language do not show for the actual “Product Name” and “Description”. This actually do not come from the language file as you enter them when you create the product. After you upgrade the plugin try creating a new product in your language then let me know if the problem persists.

    thanks for getting back to me

    i guess i already have the latest version of the plugin because after updating nothing happens and the thank you page still not showing the download links but no problem , i can live with that for now

    the language problem i resolve it by changing the database table that responsible for the product display to utf-8 and now works fine

    one last question , is it possible to make the product download link have no expiration date

    i am planing to sale online courses and i want my subscribers to be able to download the files at any time in there membership page without time limitation and with the advantage of the encrypted links

    if the answer is no , so what is the maximum time i can enter in the “Duration of Download Link ” field in the plugin Settings

    There is a video on this page which shows how to setup the PDT to display the download links on the thank you page:

    It’s really simple so give it a try and I don’t see why it won’t work for you.

    You can specify a very large number in the “Duration of Download Link” (setting it for a few years will probably satisfy your need). If you are not going to be using the automatic expiration feature of the download then you probably don’t need encrypted download link options. You can just enter your plain direct links in the “Product specific instruction” section of this product to send the links to the buyer after the purchase. This way you are giving direct links and no need to worry about expiration.

    so if i enter for EXAMPLE (8760) Hours in the “Duration of Download Link” it will work fine for one year, am i right ?

    yes this is the video that i flow step by step but the problem is my plugin Settings page dose not have the field to enter the PDT code as shown in the video

    I have the same problem – after update still no PDT Identity Token Field….??

    So download links not displaying…..

    Please Help.

    Obviously the updating is not happening correctly. Are you completely deleting the old version of the plugin so you know that the new version is getting applied?

    Do the following:

    1) Delete any trace of the eStore plugin from your site (sometimes people tend to keep a few different versions of the plugin on the server.. this is a bad idea)

    2) Get a fresh build from here:

    3) Now, do a fresh install following this video tutorial (check the 1st video):

    You won’t loose any products or settings value by deleting the plugin.
