sarabcMemberHi,
I’m having an issue with the Email field not updating. I have the “Show email field on edit profile page” ticked but when you submit and go back to it, it doesn’t change.
I have recurring subscriptions set, is this the reason why it won’t change?
Is there a way around this to be able to update the email address?
Thanks

August 30, 2016 at 12:10 am in reply to: Credit / debit card subscriptions paypal but without a paypal account #41273sarabcMemberI’m trying to get this Guest Checkout option intergrated into my website (for subscription products).
Reading the above posts – do you know if it is still true that you don’t need to upgrade your account?
Do you have anymore recent information on this “Guest Checkout” setup?
Thanks,
Sara
sarabcMemberIt looks like I have fixed the problem. Thanks.
I really appreciate your help!
sarabcMemberHi, Ok thanks, turning this off works fine.
Can you clarify which is the “join now” setting – Is it the Membership Payment/Join Page (Mandatory)?
Thanks so much!
sarabcMemberReally sorry I took it off as I thought I could get away with just a registration form instead here.
I will put it back on, so you can see what I mean.
I’m still having the problem, even when the user is prompted to “Join Today!” this button goes to the wrong page.
It currently goes to my memberships page, when I would like it to go to the Registration Page.
Can you let me know which is the setting I need to change for this to work?
Also the “login” pop up doesn’t come up when you select it (On the memberships page).
Thanks for your help.
sarabcMemberThe same message come us, when it prompt someone to register. But the links don’t work.
ie if you press on the SUBSCRIBE buttons.
This comes up:
Please Login to view this content. (Not a member? Join Today!)
The ‘Login’ works here but the Join Today goes to the wrong page.
Your assistance is appreciated.
sarabcMemberHi, I have used the shortcode:
[wp_eMember_compact_login]
Can you assist with how I fix this?
Thanks
sarabcMemberHi, I have put this compact login into a page, but when I select the buttons, they don’t go anywhere.
Where do I update these links?
Sorry if you have explained this somewhere already. Just can’t seem to locate.
July 27, 2016 at 6:25 am in reply to: WP eMember Form Builder Addon Different Form for Different Membership Levels #64387sarabcMemberOk, I thought you were able to setup a different form for each of the different levels.
I will read through all the documentation, maybe I missed some information.
I was just trying to capture different details for the different levels. Is this possible?
or do you have to get this information from them after they have registered?
Thanks for your response.
July 27, 2016 at 4:23 am in reply to: WP eMember Form Builder Addon Different Form for Different Membership Levels #64385sarabcMemberHi, Sara again… Thought I should add some more details as to what is happening. Hoping you can solve my problem.
I have setup different membership levels to purchase from on the same page. (I have used the senario method 3).
When you select any of the 3 memberships, they always go through as the mid level membership.
They don’t seem to change, it doesn’t matter which product I select.
Could the 3 memberships be conflicting somehow? The correct product name & price comes up in the cart and goes through to paypal fine but the registration form and the backend (members) always says the same level.
How can I fix this?
I am using emember, estore and the addon form builder.
July 26, 2016 at 2:00 pm in reply to: WP eMember Form Builder Addon Different Form for Different Membership Levels #64384sarabcMemberHi, I’m wondering if you can please help me.
I have created 3 levels of membership and 3 different registration forms (using the add on plugin), however when I go to purchase, the membership levels aren’t corresponding to the correct registration forms. I have check all my settings but they seem to go to only 1 form.
Are you able to assist?
