the buyer should be receiving two email, one is a thank you email and another one is the order detail, if he is receiving the thank you email only while the process manual checkout….. is disabled, i do not think that there is a problem with delivery since he is already receiving one of the two emails. Can you order a manual photo and see if you are receiving the two emails ?
I have checked and the smtp account has both spam and antivirus options disabled, just in case that it might be the cause…
also can you rename the paypal to credit card or paypal as people think that they need an account on paypal to choose it
i found out that some people do not understand what paypal or manual payment is,as funny as it sounds but it is true. so a little description next to the payment when you selected that could be displayed when you click a little question mark or something a little description will appear, so that is why i suggested the choose button so you can achieve this
when you create the gallery you have the option to display a description all along the photos without the need to go to each individual photo to add the description, and then if needed this description could be modified as per photo.
