the email of the “After Purchase” is not received or not going out for some reason. I tried disable it re-enable it but still did not work
The Notification of the photo sale works,
The Payment Instruction email works,
The After Purchase email is not working, provided that the same email received the Payment Instruction email.

I think you have an issue on the server side with email delivery. The following post will help:

“Process manual checkout as if the payment was complete”
This setting was created for people who wanted to deliver downloadable images instantly to their customers when they paid via manual gateway.
October 21, 2014 at 5:50 am #66194rmakariousMemberthe buyer should be receiving two email, one is a thank you email and another one is the order detail, if he is receiving the thank you email only while the process manual checkout….. is disabled, i do not think that there is a problem with delivery since he is already receiving one of the two emails. Can you order a manual photo and see if you are receiving the two emails ?
I have checked and the smtp account has both spam and antivirus options disabled, just in case that it might be the cause…

For the manual gateway option the behaviour is as follows:
1) If Process manual checkout as if the payment was complete is disabled:
The buyer will only receive the “thank you for your purchase” email after they have actually paid. This email will be sent as soon as you edit the order and set the “Payment Status” to “complete”.
2) If Process manual checkout as if the payment was complete is enabled:
The buyer will receive the “thank you for your purchase” email together with the download links immediately after they have submitted the manual gateway form – ie, even if “Payment Status” is “pending”.
