Photo seller – Set Payment description next to option

At check out could we have the description next to payment. Could the payment be a choose button instead of drop menu? Could the payment option have a question mark next to explain what is what “hint”

i found out that some people do not understand what paypal or manual payment is,as funny as it sounds but it is true. so a little description next to the payment when you selected that could be displayed when you click a little question mark or something a little description will appear, so that is why i suggested the choose button so you can achieve this

also can you rename the paypal to credit card or paypal as people think that they need an account on paypal to choose it
