Hi
I’m also having trouble with some clients not getting download mails, and I’m working through the suggestions in the forum but in the meantime I have a hundred or so clients logging in today who I worry are going to mail me to death.
I can see how to generate download links and manually send but that’s going to take way too much time.
What would be ideal would be a resend button in the photo orders list, to simply send the mail again after trying out a fix to the mail problem.

Hi Jamie,
Your suggestion of a resend button in the orders list sounds like a useful idea.
First we’ll have to assess how much work it will require and whether we can add such a feature with minimal impact to existing functionality.

any news about resending button on the order for expired downloads ?
We haven’t haven’t yet had a chance to implement this feature because there are other higher priority things to be done first.
However, you can very easily perform the following workaround:
1) Go to the “Orders” menu and select the order which you are interested in by clicking the “view” link.
2) Inside the specific order page, change the “Payment Status” value to “Pending” using the drop down box and click the “Update” button.
3) After the order has been saved, then change the “Payment Status” value to “Complete” using the drop down box and click the “Update” button.
The above will send the download links again to your customer for that order.
