Ive been playing with settings (it seems my aweber global signup setting was wrong, sorry!) and have now been able to generate an opt-in confirmation email from aweber.

But the question now is: eCommerce generates the email for download link whilst Aweber sends opt-in confirmation email at the same time. SHouldn’t the signup to Aweber be automatic? The way this is configured now, the download can go ahead, the Aweber can be ignored and the list signup fails.

I cleared debug, downloaded both free products, got the following (from the post payment debug log – download log was empty)

Recvd the downlaod emails from WPeCommerce, checked Aweber, no new records.

Ive updated eCommerce, Ive tried the normal and ajax squeezes, and neither work. Im obviously missing something very simple but for the life of me can’t see it.(I had exactly same problems with Get Response and you guys had to look at my site to fix it but Ive lost the post that told me how!], and now its repeating when Ive switched to Aweber)

Do you need to look at my site and need log in details or anything?

My mistake – – I entered my email address for eMember but my transaction ID for eStore: and got eMember. Now Ive done it OK Ive got the proper update. (but does it show up a problem anyway with your auto download because that seems to be a hole in the process?)

Ah, Im using 2 Ajax froms smae page…is the Version the latest??

Im using 4.5.7, downlaoded about 6-8 weeks ago. Is that the correct version?

Question: How an I tell if I am, or not, using the Ajax based squeeze from?

Thanks…I’ve done that: it doesn’t work on Default Theme either. My theme does run with Mootools in the Sidebar, if that’s important?

I’ve tested the theme using W3C and it’s come back full of errors but reading them through they dont seem major (though Im certainly no expert!) – it’s surprising, as the theme itself is Standards compliant theme purely based on CSS elements and typography. I had already checked plugins/widgets before and removed/replaced Analyticator without any difference to the problem.

BTW please dont forget my query on Squeeze Box – it doesn’t add signups to the autoresponder even though settings are correct.

With b) I know the squeeze page form SHOULD update Get Response, but it doesn’t. Is there something else I should be doing (purchases thru the shopping cart are updated to Get Response)
