I posted a truncated version of this 3 days ago but haven’t had a reply so am posting again with some further additions:
I have version 4.5.7 installed
(a) PayPal checkout works fine, but on Manual Checkout either the page auto directs to PayPal or (intermittently) comes up with a phpfault. I’ve checked that all url’s (for return landing page etc) are in place, and have removed Google Analyticator and replaced with the more robust version as you recommended, no change.
(b) Is there any way I can get users who download free reports (using the Squeeze page/ ‘download now’ button – the process works fine) auto updated into Get Response lists the same way checking out customers are updated?
Thanks
Qickrush
November 1, 2010 at 5:47 am #26030amin007Participanta) You might be having issues with cookies. Please post a link to the page where you have placed the shopping cart.
b) yes, when you use the squeeze page form the customer’s details are added to the autoresponder too.
November 1, 2010 at 12:09 pm #26031qickrushMemberWith b) I know the squeeze page form SHOULD update Get Response, but it doesn’t. Is there something else I should be doing (purchases thru the shopping cart are updated to Get Response)
Here is the link to the shopping cart;
Thanks, QIckrush

November 2, 2010 at 11:20 am #26033qickrushMemberv 4.5.7
November 2, 2010 at 12:15 pm #26034amin007ParticipantThanks.. looks like JQuery is conflicting on this page. You have a plugin or theme which is using mootools (another javascript library). I have specified the JQuery of eStore to run in no conflict mode which should allow you to run plugins that uses mootools.
Lets establish my theory first. Can you please do this test and let me know what you find:

November 2, 2010 at 3:41 pm #26035qickrushMemberThanks…I’ve done that: it doesn’t work on Default Theme either. My theme does run with Mootools in the Sidebar, if that’s important?
I’ve tested the theme using W3C and it’s come back full of errors but reading them through they dont seem major (though Im certainly no expert!) – it’s surprising, as the theme itself is Standards compliant theme purely based on CSS elements and typography. I had already checked plugins/widgets before and removed/replaced Analyticator without any difference to the problem.
BTW please dont forget my query on Squeeze Box – it doesn’t add signups to the autoresponder even though settings are correct.
November 2, 2010 at 11:09 pm #26036amin007ParticipantThanks for checking. I will send you an email to get site access then I will jump on your site to check this.
November 4, 2010 at 2:12 am #26037amin007ParticipantBecause you were having some conflicts with plugins I unchecked the “Enable Fancy Redirection On Checkout” checkbox from settings and the manual checkout works fine. You will see that the help text next to this field does mention to uncheck it if having conflicts.
Please use the ajax based squeeze form explained here and the autoresponder signup will work:
