Has this feature been implemented? I can not get my watermark to look correct on all uploaded images. I am wanting to have my watermark set by percentage.September 14, 2016 at 11:43 am in reply to: Photo Seller – Link from Facebook can not add anything to cart. #74120
It’s only mobile devices. My iMac and MacBook work correctly, but they also don’t have a Facebook app.September 14, 2016 at 1:24 am in reply to: Photo Seller – Link from Facebook can not add anything to cart. #74118
I tried all three sites on a Samsung Note 5 and they all work correctly.
All iphone devices (5, 6, 6plus) that I have tried fail to add any items to the cart with the photo seller plugin, but the woocommerce demo site works as expected.
So it has to be an iOS and photo seller plugin issue. What steps can we take from here?September 13, 2016 at 2:00 pm in reply to: Photo Seller – Link from Facebook can not add anything to cart. #74116
I tried using your site also and the result is the same as with my site and the photo seller demo site. Are you using the Facebook app to open the link from a post? This is what I get from within the app:

I tried the same scenario with a woocommerce demo and it works as expected. The item is added to the cart and checkout proceeds like normal.
As far as the app. It’s the Facebook app from the apple App Store and android play store.September 12, 2016 at 11:45 pm in reply to: Photo Seller – Link from Facebook can not add anything to cart. #74112
I also tried the same steps using your demo site (ruling out a problem with my site) and the results are the same.
When you click add to cart and it takes you to the cart page, the cart is empty. This is the same result with the Facebook app and the Facebook Messenger app.September 12, 2016 at 11:49 am in reply to: Photo Seller – Link from Facebook can not add anything to cart. #74111
On a computer it opens the default browser and proceeds like normal. Using the Facebook app or the Facebook message app, neither will allow anything to be displayed on the cart page. I use Facebook a lot to drive business to my site as I imagine lots of others do as well.
To duplicate: create a post to [www.patrickpowersphotography.com/conformation/gallery21] , open the post from your phone using the Facebook app and try to add the test image to the cart.
Thank you for fixing this. It is activating and deactivating as expected.September 11, 2016 at 1:15 am in reply to: Photo Seller thank you page download link not displaying. #74109
I tried making a test purchase just now and it works as expected. This is the first time that I have tried without using the sandbox. All other times I used the sandbox and it just displays the Thank You message and the shortcode. Is this the correct behavior?
That’s what I have been trying to explain to you. The key is showing active…according to you it is showing deactivated. You are more than welcome to log in to my wordpress to see what I am talking about.
Again, my wordpress account under the photo seller menu shows that the key is activated.
I don’t have a sandbox site, but my website will not allow me to deactivate my license key. I keep getting a deactivation failed message. I did try to delete the plugin and install the most updated version and did not change.
I can provide wordpress access if needed.September 10, 2016 at 3:43 pm in reply to: Photo Seller thank you page download link not displaying. #74107
I double checked the information you have given me and it all looks correct.
I created a test page at: [http://www.patrickpowersphotography.com/conformation/gallery21/]
I really appreciate the crazy fast response. Is there a place I can find all of the different .wps-button type components so I can modify these in the CSS plugin? Just trying to learn and not have to ask to many questions about changing elements.
Thanks again for your help!March 25, 2015 at 1:13 am in reply to: [WP Photo Seller] – My suggestions about "PHOTO SIZE RATIO" #66537
I am wondering if this feature has been implemented? I would also like the option to set a “fixed” pixel size for photos regardless of the full resolution image.
