I see.
My second question refers to the generic autoresponder configuration in eStore.
It should add the Name and E-mail address in the From field.
My limited php knowledge tells me there needs to be something added to the code below in the line that starts with ‘$headers =…’. However, I would greatly appreciate any more specific instructions.
Thanks!

nikolaMemberHi, I am experiencing issues with GetResponse integration as well.
I created a campaign and unchecked double opt-in for it. I have also set up the eStore autoresponder settings to sign-up each customer to this campaign after purchase.
However, when a transaction is completed, a confirmation letter is sent to the customer despite the fact that the campaign settings do not require this.
Can you please advise?
Also, when using the generic autoresponder settings in eStore. The customer details passed to the campaign address include the correct e-mail but ‘WordPress’ for Name so I end up with a list of customers all named WordPress.
Can this be fixed?
Thank you,
Nikola

Is that possible?
Thanks,
Nikola

Form shortcode – [wp_eStore_free_download_squeeze_form id=2]
eStore – Version v6.9.6.8
PDF Stamper – Version 4.1.9
Manual Stamping works, sorry.
Hosting provider is superhosting.bg (cpanel admin area, I use an add-on domain, pointing to a WP installation in a subdirectory)
Thanks,
Nikola
February 11, 2013 at 2:50 pm in reply to: Stamping Error Checklist – an error occurred while trying to stamp the file #24391nikolaMemberHi,
I came about this post after searching for a solution to an error message:
Error! Message: Cannot open /home/npvdistr/public_html/dating/dating/wp-content/uploads/2013/02/pdf-stamper-sample-ebook.pdf ! Error Code: 1
This shows after entering name and e-mail address on this page [http://zabavnizapoznanstva.com/epay-jkninoin09oin]
You can notice that the path is not correct and the folder ‘dating’ is repeated.
I tried file path conversion Method 2 and the same message came up. Manual Conversion works and generatingn a link via the admin functions works as well.
Any advice?
Thanks!
Nikola
nikolaMemberThanks for your reply!
In your opinion, will the following work?
1. Configure a Thank you page for the epay.bg button that is actually an eStore squeeze page with name and e-mail address fields.
2. Add a text saying ‘To download your personalized copy of the book you just purchased enter your details below’
3. Upon hitting the download button the customer is delivered the encrypted link with the stamped pdf.
Can the download button trigger an e-mail to be sent as well?
What would be the best way to protect this thank you page from being loaded in a different way and lose sales?
Thank you,
Nikola
nikolaMemberI worked it out with the hosting company by lifting the memory limit and everything is fine now. Thanks!
