Ok – so this explains why it’s working for some and not others.
I might add a line to the automated email that is sent to the customer mentioning this, and also on the post-sale landing page, so at least they have an explanation as to why they might not see the page display correctly and what they can do about it (ie. contact me)

The APR protection works & content displays fine for me if I’m logged in via admin. It doesn’t display for the customer – they don’t see any of the content. I’m not using any audio player, what you see is just a text listing of audio track details with the download button at the bottom.
Here’s a link to the page – [http://wildambience.com/mallee-dawn-download/] which is protected by APR. This is all the customer is seeing. However I can see all of the APR protected content if I’m logged in as WordPress administrator.
Without the APR protection everything works fine including the download button.
The problem seems to be with the permissions the customer receives via the link. They don’t have the permission to view the APR content for some reason.April 21, 2015 at 2:48 am in reply to: eStore – Pay Per View content not displaying for some customers #69655
I can access an automated link which was sent to a recent customer – the link works fine for me and Pay per View content is visible – but not visible for the customer.April 21, 2015 at 2:44 am in reply to: eStore – Pay Per View content not displaying for some customers #69654
Here’s a shot of the page with the red box highlighting the Pay Per View content which is not showing for some customers –

Thanks – I installed the updated eStore but the plugin causes problems on my site [www.naturesoundmap.com]
I’ve had to disable it for the site to function properly. It wasn’t loading the posts properly for some reason when eStore was activated.
If there an alternative solution?April 25, 2014 at 5:49 am in reply to: Paypal donation plugin – Choose Paypal Page styles? #62360
I’m using the following plugin – http://www.tipsandtricks-hq.com/wordpress-paypal-donation-plugin-942
I also use Wp eMember & eStore if an alternative solution can be made using one of these instead.

I just noticed it works fine so long as there is data in the field that is being requested.
Thanks again!October 27, 2013 at 10:42 pm in reply to: eMember – Shortcode to display custom member details publicly #58441
Wonderful! Thanks so much for adding this functionality to the plug-in and doing it so quickly. It is exactly what I was looking for.
I’ll send you a link to the finished product once it is ready as a reference.

Yep, that fixed it!October 23, 2013 at 2:48 am in reply to: eMember Profile Extended Addon – Fatal Error on 'User Detail' page #58430
It seems to be a problem with my custom fields. If I use the default fields only such as first name, surname, etc it works ok. As soon as I add a custom field I get the error.
Any ideas how to fix this?July 31, 2013 at 6:21 am in reply to: eStore – no email after purchase & customer not appearing in "Manage Customers" #56831
I installed the updated version of eStore and repeated the process – this time everything worked fine. Thanks for your excellent support.July 30, 2013 at 1:49 pm in reply to: eStore – no email after purchase & customer not appearing in "Manage Customers" #56829
Hi, I re-installed fresh copies of those addons and re-activated them. Repeated the purchase process and still get the same result – no email & no record of transaction. As soon as I disable those two plugins the problem goes away.
I haven’t had the chance to install a fresh copy of estore – I’ve made a few changes to the code so I’ll need to identify them and make a back up first. I’ll get to it in the next few days and try again.
Thanks!July 26, 2013 at 7:41 am in reply to: eStore – no email after purchase & customer not appearing in "Manage Customers" #56827
I think I have cracked it – I just deactivated these two plugins & it now works fine:
– eStore Dynamic Coupons
– eStore Order Management Addon
I made a third transaction with these plugins disabled and the transaction processed correctly. There must be a conflict in one of these plugins.July 26, 2013 at 7:34 am in reply to: eStore – no email after purchase & customer not appearing in "Manage Customers" #56826
also I should add, I tried sending an email using the admin function and it sent one successfully.
