Ok – so this explains why it’s working for some and not others.
I might add a line to the automated email that is sent to the customer mentioning this, and also on the post-sale landing page, so at least they have an explanation as to why they might not see the page display correctly and what they can do about it (ie. contact me)

It doesn’t display for the customer – they don’t see any of the content. I’m not using any audio player, what you see is just a text listing of audio track details with the download button at the bottom.
Here’s a link to the page – [http://wildambience.com/mallee-dawn-download/] which is protected by APR. This is all the customer is seeing. However I can see all of the APR protected content if I’m logged in as WordPress administrator.
Without the APR protection everything works fine including the download button.
The problem seems to be with the permissions the customer receives via the link. They don’t have the permission to view the APR content for some reason.

marcand76MemberThanks – I installed the updated eStore but the plugin causes problems on my site [www.naturesoundmap.com]
I’ve had to disable it for the site to function properly. It wasn’t loading the posts properly for some reason when eStore was activated.
If there an alternative solution?

I also use Wp eMember & eStore if an alternative solution can be made using one of these instead.

If I use the default fields only such as first name, surname, etc it works ok. As soon as I add a custom field I get the error.
Any ideas how to fix this?

Repeated the purchase process and still get the same result – no email & no record of transaction. As soon as I disable those two plugins the problem goes away.
I haven’t had the chance to install a fresh copy of estore – I’ve made a few changes to the code so I’ll need to identify them and make a back up first. I’ll get to it in the next few days and try again.

– eStore Dynamic Coupons
– eStore Order Management Addon
I made a third transaction with these plugins disabled and the transaction processed correctly. There must be a conflict in one of these plugins.
