eMember Profile Extended Addon – Fatal Error on 'User Detail' page

I’m running eMember Profile Extended Addon v1.1.6, and have followed the 8 steps as per the addon instructions. The ‘User List’ page displays fine [http://www.naturesoundmap.com/recordists-demo/?preview=true&preview_id=1107&preview_nonce=2fa4268879), but when I click on an individual user and it takes me to the ‘User Detail’ page I get this error message –

User Detail

Fatal error: Call to undefined function emember_escape_custom_field() in /home4/andersv9/public_html/naturesoundmap/wp-content/plugins/emember-profile-extended/class.emember-profilex.php on line 119

Any help would be appreciated.

It seems to be a problem with my custom fields. If I use the default fields only such as first name, surname, etc it works ok. As soon as I add a custom field I get the error.

Any ideas how to fix this?

Please load a new fresh copy of eMember and let me know if you still see that error:

I am having the same problem on my website aoba.com.pk/members-details/?member_id=3

when ever i use custom fields in the short code the detail page show nothing it comes out as an empty page. My website is running and up for users is there any other solution to it. because approximately 90 users are registered on my website. please help find a solution for it. Thanks in advance….

The link you provided DOES show a valid profile. Can you provide a specific example of the issue that is particular to you?

now i have added the custom fields aoba.com.pk/members-details/?member_id=3

and the page is not showing any data of the member now..

What version of emember and form builder addon are you using? So you are saying the details page works fine without the form builder addon?

i am using wp emember of this version v10.1.1

on eMember Profile Extended i am using Version v3.2

this only happens when i use custom fields in my detail pages.

but when i use it without custom fields it works fine and it displays all the info of the member
