lvnbapresidentMemberHi, Thank you for your efforts so far but the plugin is still not working properly for me.
It works fine until the checkout page but I cannot get past the checkout page. After filling out the information and clicking “Submit Order,” the screen flickers and then goes back to the checkout page except the information that I typed into the form is gone and the form is blank again.
I have completely removed and reinstalled the plug in several times. Each time the newly installed version already has all of the settings that I had put into the prior version. To me, it seems like something is being left behind when I delete the WP Photo Seller program.
I have uploaded it using Filezilla. I have uploaded it using the WordPress plugin installer in the admin page. I have deleted in a variety of ways: using Filezilla, my FTP manager, and the WordPress installer.
I called my website host GoDaddy and talked with tech support to see if there was something that they could figure out on their end but, although they walked through each step with me by phone, they could not find anything.
I do not believe that I received the email you sent out to tell all the customers about the bug with the payment gateway process. I have only received emails from Tips and Tricks HQ on 10/21/13 (confirmation of original purchase and download link), 10/23/13 (with log in information), 11/6/13 (in response to a request to reset my password), 11/6/13 (the reset login information), 11/20/13 (product update), 11/21/13 (product update), 11/25/13 (product update). I believe all the product update emails were in response to requests I made via the links above. I believe I requested at least one each of the manual and automatic updates.

I was able to download the updated plugin and I uploaded it using Filezilla and then activated it. It looks great and I really like the new features!
I’m not sure what I am doing wrong but when I go to make a purchase after I fill in the the order details on the checkout page and click submit order it keeps returning me to the checkout page. I looked to see if there were any pending orders but there weren’t any.
Is there maybe something else I need to download or set up?

lvnbapresidentMemberI bought the plugin in October and have what ever version was available for download at that time. I saw that you were able to download with a PayPal payment. I would like people to be able to download with no cost if they have a coupon.

lvnbapresidentMemberThe download link does not work. When you click on the link that comes in the email, it opens a blank page with only the following text: “Your download link has expired! Please contact the site administrator.” Right now I have it set up as follows:
Duration of Download Link: 168 (I also tried: 24, 48, and 72).
Email Notifications are set to send an email “After Purchase,” “When an Order is Pending,” and “When Order is Shipped.”
The price of the photos is: $0.01.
I created and was trying to use a coupon with a discount amount of $100.
I tried to purchase a picture whereby the coupon amount was greater than the cost of the photo so the amount due was zero.
I was able to put a photo into the cart and checkout.
In the orders section, the order showed the payment status as “Pending.”
I changed the status to “Completed” but the link just opened a page with the text: text: “Your download link has expired! Please contact the site administrator.” But the link duration was set to 168 hours and only about 5 minutes had passed.

I created a temporary gallery with four of the photos for you to view the issue named TEMP Gallery Oct 2013 at [http://lasvegasnba.org/photogallery/gallery3/] with the password tempgalleryoct2013. The photos that show in the thumbnail version are always the same ones and the ones that only show a question mark are always the same ones. Thank you in advance.
