Hi !
Last week, the emails weren’t duplicated anymore (I don’t know why, I didn’t do anything diferent) but today the email was sent twice, again. I looked at the cron jobs and there’s no double. In the WP eMember Email Broadcast interface, the email appears 2 times though. I talked with support from my server and the problem isn’t there, it seems it’s triggered in the wordpress. Honestly I don’t know what to do.
Hi ! Sorry for the delay. I have a debug log, but I don’t think it will help. It only shows that the emails were sent successfully. The problem is that each member receives the same email 2 times.

As an admin, I can modify the member’s information. In the part of Additional Membership Levels, for each level there’s a start date. I guess there’s a database table that stores that information with the membership’s level and the ID of the member. I would need another field to store the role of the member in this membership. I made you a mockup in Photoshop so you can see what I’m talking about. This is the link in my dropbox to access it.
The problem is that each user can have a different role in each membership. For instance, someone can be President in a membership and secretary in another one. I would need to link the role with the user and the membership.
No, what I want to do is put a number (the ID of something else) that corresponds to the displayed item in the option of the SELECT in the form builder addon. I put you screenshots of the thing in this link :

I did it with the custom field, but now I would like to do the same with Form Builder Addon. I need to retrieve the number in another function later on.
I installed the add-on Form builder and it worked after that. I don’t know what’s different, but maybe you should search it out.
I really need an answer for the accents, it’s really important for us to use the document. We are using Microsoft Excel.
But the core fields that I customized, why the names aren’t changed in the CVS, but written after ? Is there a way to customize the output ?
