Hi,
When I export the CVS file of the members on Windows Firefox and Chrome, I have the error :
Network failed
I’ll write the troubleshooting I’ve made until now :
– On mac os, it works well on firefox and Chrome, no matter what is the network or the version of the computer
– On Windows, it worked on Explorer
– On Chrome, when I clicked on the resume button after the download wrote “Network failed”, a file downloaded, but inside it was php and html header instead of the members list.
– I tried to change the settings of Chrome for pop-ups and ads, but it didn’t change anything
My website is clubvelojonquiere.com
And I have a SSL certificate working.
Thanks !
Do you receive a “download file” dialog box, or does it behave like it’s trying to display the CSV file in the browser window? If it looks like it’s trying to display the file in the browser; it may be a “media disposition” issue. Please try “Option 3” of the following:
Be sure to change the file type in the code to CSV
I do have a download file dialog, it’s not trying to display.
I can’t see any issue in Windows system (just tested it myself). Something is conflicting on this site. Please do the following test to see if there is another resource it is conflicting with:

I installed the add-on Form builder and it worked after that. I don’t know what’s different, but maybe you should search it out.
