SpectatorI installed the Form Builder addon, and the exportation of the date in .cvs isn’t working well.
I customized the name of the basic fields (adress, phone, etc) with the Form Builder and I added new fields. The new fields are ok in the exportation. But the basics fields appear in the original way with the info of the member and after there are other colums with the custom name of the basic fields and these colums are empty. I’d like to see the info in the right column and the custom name.
Also, the custom fields are in the last part of the cvs, that’s really not logical, the infos should be with the other fields, before the last connection, etc.
Here are screenshots of the problem and what would be expected.

I have also another problem with the charset of the text. As my language is french, I have accents in some words, it works in the website, but in the exportation it doesn’t work. You can see it in the screenshots too.
Thanks.

KeymasterThe core fields of the plugin will always get output there. Then the custom fields (if any) gets added to the end of the columns. Are you opening the CSV file using Microsoft Excel program? Not all software will recognize the special characters from CSV file (since that is a very basic file format).

SpectatorBut the core fields that I customized, why the names aren’t changed in the CVS, but written after ? Is there a way to customize the output ?
Yes I use Microsoft Excel.

SpectatorI really need an answer for the accents, it’s really important for us to use the document. We are using Microsoft Excel.

KeymasterThe CSV file is text based so I don’t know if it can store the accented characters info. I will send you an email.

SpectatorI resolved the problem. It’s in the import of excel, that we have to put it in UTF-8. Thanks !
