Has a feature been added to this plugin that allows for buyers to be redirected to a custom page rather than the “Sold Out” button? If so, please let me know how to go about doing so.
To get an idea of what my product purchase page looks like, please visit the following link:

When someone clicks on either purchase button, I would like to redirect them to a custom “Sold Out” page, rather than seeing the “Sold Out” image you see now.
Thanks,
– Jon
JonGallMemberI believe I’ve paid for this support, yet 24 Hours later and still no response. No Bueno!!!
JonGallMemberAlso, I notice when a member’s account is deleted, the Affiliate account still remains. How can I have this set up so that the Affiliate account is also deleted when the member deletes their account?
Thanks,
– Jon
September 8, 2017 at 10:55 pm in reply to: Display User Name (affiliate ID) On Affiliate Page #76402JonGallMemberVery interesting! That’s EXACTLY what I needed. I actually did research the forum and did not come across that post during my research. I even searched for a list of WP Affiliate short codes, and still found nothing. Anyhow, thanks for the prompt response.
If need be, this post can be deleted since it is a duplicate question.
Thanks again,

JonGallMemberI’m referring to the “Affiliate Commission Notification Email” that goes out to the Affiliates when they get a new Referral on the membership site. In this message, I would like for the Affiliate to be able to see the Name and Affiliate ID of their new referrer.
Yes, I have customized the “Commission Notification Email” message, as you will see here:

Is it possible to add the Name and Affiliate ID of the newly referred member to this message?
Thanks,
– Jon
JonGallMemberNo wzp, it is not Sir. The email tags provided on the link above are for the emails that go out to the Admin when a commission is earned. I am looking for email tags that goes in the body of the email that will be sent to the affiliates when they receive a commission.
Thanks,
– Jon
JonGallMemberIs there an email tag that can be added to the automated message received by the Referrer that show the name and affiliate id of the member they have referred to the site?
As of now, it says something like “congratulations, you have referred a new member to the site”. I’d like to be able to add an email tag so they will know the name and the affiliate id of their new referrer without having to log onto their affiliate site to see who it is.
If this is possible, please let me know how.
Thanks in advance,
– Jon
JonGallMemberI thought I’d piggy back off this post, being that I’ve encountered a similar issue.
Are you saying the tags [{first_name}, etc] don’t work in the subject lines?
Is there anyway possible to address the member by their first name in the subject line?
If so, please let me know.
Thanks in advance,
– Jon
April 27, 2015 at 7:15 am in reply to: eStore – Setting Up PayPal Payment Process [Is This Possible?] #69749JonGallMemberThanks so much for the prompt response Admin. I really do appreciate it.
I was hesitant to create a Free membership because I wasn’t sure if I can set it for a certain time frame. Well, that issue has been resolved. I have enabled the Free membership feature, and have successfully created the Free membership Level and have set it for 30 days.
Correct me if I was wrong in doing the following: I created another Registration page that members would be redirected to register for the FREE Membership Level. This registration page is separate from the one that Level 1 and 2 members would be redirected to. Is this correct, or should all Levels be redirected to the same registration page?
Thanks so much for the FREE membership idea. This is Perfect!

JonGallMemberThis issue has been resolved. It appears that their were other plugins conflicting with the eMember plugin. Once I went through and removed all unused plugins, I was then able to successfully protect the pages on the site.
Thanks admin,
– Jon
April 26, 2015 at 2:48 pm in reply to: eStore – Setting Up PayPal Payment Process [Is This Possible?] #69747JonGallMemberOk, thanks wzp. How would you suggest I set this up via eStore?
This particular [Digital] product is Free for the first 30 days. The buyer would then pay $47 for the next 30 days, which is just the fee to gain full access to this particular [Digital] product. The monthly recurring payments would then be $14.97.
I’m trying to see what’s the best way to approach this process.
Thanks in advance,

JonGallMemberHi, thanks so much for the prompt response. I actually did come across that page while troubleshooting this issue. I have also reviewed the instructional video several times, and it only provides two ways to actually protect the page. Either from “Manage Content Protection” or directly on the page itself, down at the bottom.
I created this quick video so that you can see exactly what I see, and hopefully you will be able to point out what I’m missing: ==> [http://screencast.com/t/7Fz1PQ9MihF]
Thanks again,

JonGallMemberI am currently experiencing the same issue as the member who originally posted this question.
Here is what I have done thus far:
1. I have manually protected a specific page [done at the very bottom of page]
2. I have given membership level access to this page via “Manage Content Protection”
3. I have confirmed the test member has access to the protected membership level
Once logged into the test member account, I continue to receive the following message:
Please Login to view this content. (Not a member? Join Today!)
Also, I’m currently using eMember v8.9.4.
I’m sure I’m overlooking something, but not quite sure what that is. Please help…
Thanks in advance,
– Jon
