I am currently using the following updated plugins: eMember, eStore and WP Affiliate.
After a member deletes their account, they are redirected to a blank white page. I’d like to know how to (1) redirect the member to a specific page after they delete their account, and (2) have an automated email sent out to members who delete their account.
How can I accomplish this task?
Thanks in advance,
– Jon
Also, I notice when a member’s account is deleted, the Affiliate account still remains. How can I have this set up so that the Affiliate account is also deleted when the member deletes their account?
Thanks,
– Jon
I believe I’ve paid for this support, yet 24 Hours later and still no response. No Bueno!!!
Please share the steps that I can take on your site to see the blank page issue you explained. I don’t see it when I test it on my site.
The affiliate account is not deleted intentionally. Many users delete their membership component (because they may not want to pay anymore) but they still want to continue to refer visitors. Also, it is likely they have referred visitors already and you owe them affiliate commission (commissions are paid out at a later time). This should be resolved before an affiliate account is deleted. Affiliate accounts are something you never need to delete really. If you need to do this on your site then thats fine and I can do something for you but no one has ever asked for this so this is not going to be a default option in the plugin.
