THANKS FOR YOUR INPUT. I got this from my host service this morning :
The default PHP RAM memory limit set on our server is 36MB. Since you are having issues with uploading a file I have increased the memory limit to 128Mb and also increased the upload file size to 20MB. This is the maximum limit which is supported on our servers. Could you please try to upload the files again?
I am testing a new photo file upload now — one that is bigger than all other tests. The photo is 2500 px wide with a file size of 1.31 MB …. and the result is:
IT WORKS !! … Thanks for your help. This ticket can close now.
Thanks again,
Janet

My internet connection has been “misbehaving” during the past few days and files are sometimes taking a long time to upload. However the test files I put into this gallery I uploaded one at a time. They went in relatively fast.

; Resource Limits ;
;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;;
max_execution_time = 300 ; Maximum execution time of each script, in seconds
max_input_time = 60 ; Maximum amount of time each script may spend parsing request data
memory_limit = 18M ; Maximum amount of memory a script may consume (8MB)
October 9, 2013 at 3:10 pm in reply to: Changed permalink routing – now certain functions access old permalink path #58173jdcanadaMemberI had created a custom post and used the short codes for WPS galleries — those pages now deleted and my url issues don’t seem to be the problem. I will set a new thread with a new link to ask why larger size images are not functioning. This thread can close. Thank you. jd
October 7, 2013 at 11:03 pm in reply to: PAYPAL account connection: can a personal account be used? #58193jdcanadaMemberthank you. so far so good with the paypal checkout on a personal account. but I am having WPS bugs popping up all over the place.
LEARNING CURVE on this plugin that I thought would save a ton of time is a time consuming tweaking process
I don’t understand why you can’t edit price lists if you want to tweak some of the prices. ( i guess it is reporting based )
would be nice to copy one price list and make adjustments — save a TON OF TIME !
( i know off topic from my original thread, but if anyone wants to chime in or point me in the direction of any TIPS ) JD
October 7, 2013 at 2:58 pm in reply to: Changed permalink routing – now certain functions access old permalink path #58171jdcanadaMemberI have WPS version 1.3.7 and my WordPress version on this account is 3.6.1
Thank you for the above instructions. That seems to of fixed the path to VIEW CART.
Now I need to correct the “Continue Shopping” button on the View Cart page as it is pointing to either itself (or loops back to itself)
[http://www.corrieleephotography.ca/store/cart/796]
The WPS settings I have and just re-saved says to go to my customized “Photo Galleries”
page which is [http://www.corrieleephotography.ca/photography-galleries/]
Any help with this bug greatly appreciated.
