Changed permalink routing – now certain functions access old permalink path

A very frustrating and odd situation in that I completely deleted (or so I thought) the WP Photo Seller Plug In. Reinstalled it after having changed the overal settings related to my WP accounts permalinks and domain name controls.

here is my test page:

Some things work, but “View Cart” definitely does not. It is pointing to old the old URL.

[http://www.postcard-directory.com/PHOTOGRAPHY/store/cart/]

should be [http://www.corrieleephotography.ca/store/cart/]

Yes, I believe I have editted and saved all relevant pages. Can’t understand how those pages didn’t get deleted when I deactivated and then deleted the plug-in.

Gallery #9 was created after the re-install. Any ideas or assistance would be appreciated.

Which version of Photoseller have you got?

Try the following:

1) Deactivate the photoseller plugin.

2) Go to the wordpress Pages->All Pages menu and “trash” the following photoseller pages:

store

Cart

Checkout

IPN

Receipt

Thankyou

3) Then click on the “trash” link and “Delete Permanently” all of the above photoseller pages.

4) Activate the photoseller plugin.

This should re-create brand new versions of the above photoseller pages for your installation.

Then check the functionality again.

I have WPS version 1.3.7 and my WordPress version on this account is 3.6.1

Thank you for the above instructions. That seems to of fixed the path to VIEW CART.

Now I need to correct the “Continue Shopping” button on the View Cart page as it is pointing to either itself (or loops back to itself)

Any help with this bug greatly appreciated.

That page you mention [http://www.corrieleephotography.ca/photography-galleries/] is definitely not part of the photoseller plugin.

Which settings are you referring to?

I had created a custom post and used the short codes for WPS galleries — those pages now deleted and my url issues don’t seem to be the problem. I will set a new thread with a new link to ask why larger size images are not functioning. This thread can close. Thank you. jd
