I am having problems cheking the PDT.

When I save the page I dont get a box that shows the PDT (I dont I did when I set it up).

Where do I find it then?

When I set it up I got a PDT with this lenght ************* Does than seem right?

I did recieve another order on 4 Photos and this one also came throguh.

I dont know why the other one did not.

I did copy and past the PDT from Paypal, but will check again.

Ohh forgot to mention, that the first order – the one that worked was with manual payment – not paypal.

I deleted it and uploaded the one you send.

It does not change anything.

I did try yesterday to order using paypal and nit sandbox, and the problem is the same.

The payment goes through, but no e-mails are being send, and no order is created.

What url is the correct to put in the IPN?

1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)- yes it is. However the url is to my webshop.

After I pay, I get to reciepe page. Here I can click to go back, and I get to the Thank you page.

2) “Payment Data Transfer” (this should be enabled) – it is.

3) “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” (this should be enabled). – And what url is the correct one to insert?

4) UTF-8 formatting enabled as per https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/some-characters-and-text-not-recognizable-in-the-notification-email

If you are then do the following:

Please enable debug for the photo seller – go to Settings and scroll to bottom and enable “Logging”. – I have done that, but dont know where to find the logfiles?

Also create a dummy gallery with price of $0.01 (or equivalent). Then send me the link to that gallery so I can make a real purchase. – [http://glisborg.dk/arkiv/?page_id=176] (still in sandbox mode)

As I said, I am already using Paypal for my webshop, and it Works fine there (prestashop).

Could that be a problem? That it is used for another webshop?

I just testet with paypal (not dandbox).

Money is transfered, but no order is created in Photo seller and no emails is being send.

I have checked all the Things – and cant find the problem.

I am pretty sure that Paypal is set up correctly, as I already use it in another webshop.

So the problem must be in Photo seller
