    I have just had my second order in Photoseller.

    I recieved e-mail about the sale. The e-mail was a bit strange, since it said 4 Photos was sold. But in reality it was only 2.

    I did recieve paypal payment on the 2 Photos.

    But the order does not show in Photoseller.

    it only shows the first order I had (4 Photos).

    Why is there suddenly problems?

    Ohh forgot to mention, that the first order – the one that worked was with manual payment – not paypal.

    Can you please setup a dummy gallery with price of $0.01 and provide the link to that gallery and I will make a live purchase to see what is going on.

    I tried a purchase using your gallery and it was successful and I also received an email with the download link.

    However the thank you page showed an error stating that the PDT could not be verified. This usually means that you have not copied and pasted the correct PDT token from your paypal account. Please verify this again.

    But other than that everything is working fine.

    I did recieve another order on 4 Photos and this one also came throguh.

    I dont know why the other one did not.

    I did copy and past the PDT from Paypal, but will check again.

    I am having problems cheking the PDT.

    When I save the page I dont get a box that shows the PDT (I dont I did when I set it up).

    Where do I find it then?

    When I set it up I got a PDT with this lenght ************* Does than seem right?

    I think the PDT token should be almost 60 characters in length.

    You have probably not got the correct item from your paypal account.

    I saw no error this time.

    If you want download links on thank you page you can enter the following tag in the Advanced settings >> Thank You Page Settings section:

    {product_link_digital_items_only}

    In the “Advanced Settings”, did you enable the checkbox called “Display Download Links & Purchase Info On Thankyou Page”?

    Dear sirs,

    What’s the solution for the first problem exposed (by GLISBORG) concerning orders not shown in Photoseller and the differences between notification and the real order?

    I have the same problem.

    Please check that you have the following setup correctly:

    Log into your paypal account and check the following settings:

    1) “Auto Return” (this should be enabled)

    2) “Payment Data Transfer” (this should be enabled)

    3) “Instant Payment Notification (IPN)” (this should be enabled).

    4) UTF-8 formatting enabled as per https://support.tipsandtricks-hq.com/forums/topic/some-characters-and-text-not-recognizable-in-the-notification-email
