Hey Amin, a change in plans. I talked to paypal and found out that I cannot use the payer trans id, so I see that you provided the ability to put in the seller trans id into the email to send as a license to the buyer. So no worries. But what I’d like to know is if there a way to create a thank you page that contains the same info as the email that is sent?

FrankMemberHey Amin, I’m still having grief with this one. Seems that the transaction id I get as a seller and the one that the buyer gets are completely different. Can I find some way to just push the seller transaction id to buyer to use as a license key? Or is there some way to capture the buyer transaction id?

FrankMemberignore – system double posted by accident.
FrankMemberyea, I went through your initial info right away on that. There just seems to be something that the plugin just doesn’t like about that post, lol. If I remove the more tag – all is good. But once it’s there, the system isn’t working right.

FrankMemberGet, I kind of like the option 2 to be honest. LIke right to the buy now button directly. No fluff. Yea, forum sites are a pain when it comes to tying to a secondary payement engine.
Thanks!

FrankMemberAwesome thanks you!

FrankMemberYes Amin I am. How would I do it?

FrankMemberHey Amin, I’m going to dig this one back up. I’ve had members for one reason or another being unable to use the javascript code to reset a password. Not sure what’s going on but if we can create a javascript free method, it would be awesome. Probably using Damn Chrome, lol.
Frank
FrankMemberThanks again. I did the mod that you suggested and it did work. I just don’t know why the theme developer was using it.

FrankMemberThanks,

FrankMemberany thoughts on this?

FrankMemberThanks Amin, that was the trick. It was actually sitting in the header. But back to my original statement. Is there a way to just produce a new page and skip the javascript? This situation is fixed, but I’m sure it comes up quite often. Having a simple checkbox, use javascript for password reset, per say, should do the trick with the code to go with it?

FrankMemberHey Amin, I hear your rant on this, but I was looking at the page and it’s loaded with Javascript. I don’t have the expertise to make this work right. And I know the vendor is going to say to me, well, the membership plugin that you recommended isn’t working.
I know that it’s not your fault, and other elements are not playing nicely, but is there a way to call the jquery info that you need specifically to overcome the issue?
Or possibly, in this instance, it would be great to have the ability not to redirect with javascript, but just let me point setup a password reset page and just redirect to it with a normal a href.
Thanks,
Frank
