ok, I’ve discovered a bit of the problem after about 400 members, lol. It seems that about half just don’t get the email. Either because of antispam measures or whatever. Is there a way that I can tie this into an stmp account that I log into and have it send the emails for me to increase deliverability?
Thanks!

FrankMemberOk, so I can seek the posted values as per the paypal IPN and use what I need. Is there a way to simulate a payment without reverting to the sandbox mode and such?
Frank
FrankMemberThanks Amin, found it and definitely using it, lol.

FrankMemberTo give you some idea, the script I’ll need to write will only have to enter an entry into a mysql database. I’ll need to pass only the following values to it:
product_id -> the id assigned by the store
transitid -> the transaction id from paypal
custname -> the customer name from paypal
custemail -> the customer email from paypal
If you believe that you could cut the rudimentary script for this please advice to the cost.
Thanks a bunch Amin.

FrankMemberI’m finally ready to integrate this feature. What values are passed to the script that I’m going to write? Plus how are they passed? Will it be a simple post or get or part of the url? And is there any way to test this feature simply without having to run through fake payments?
FrankMemberOk, that’s got to be it. I wasn’t sure of the last steps, but it seems that odd users don’t seem to see the email they’ve received. I’ve sent out the few who have yet to signup and see what happens. Thanks and I’ll keep you posted.

FrankMemberThanks again Amin,
I didn’t even see that when I checked out that page before. Hiding it in plain site again I see, lol.

No the email was sent to do the registration. All other emails were marked properly but this one wasn’t. As to versions,
WordPress – 3.0.1
eMember – 5.9.5
eStore – 4.8.1

I have a site too that is showing the registration complete email like this:
Original Message
From: WordPress [mailto:WordPress]
Sent: Sunday, March 06, 2011 8:17 PM
To: bo@blpdx.com
Subject: Complete your registration
The ‘Prompt to Complete Registration is set correctly, just like all the other emails.
Any ideas?

FrankMemberNo, I want to make it so if they try to click away from the sales page, it will open a second page with more information. But if they click the BUY button, I don’t want this activated of course.
