Looking for information for mailchimp groups. Mailchimp has groups within each list. How do we set up the wp-estore individual product to sign up in the main list but segregated into the group in that list. ie. “WEBSITELIST1” is default place to sign up. “PRODUCT1” is an individual group in that list. When buyer gets product1 they need to be signed up to “PRODUCT1” group under “WEBSITELIST1”
For multiple websites and multiple products grouping products under a specific list for each website is much easier to manage vs. having a separate list for each product.
I switched to the default wordpress theme and the cart listed the “hit enter” option to update the quantity. So it is the theme that is causing the issue. I will sort it out with my theme developer.
The quantity update issue in the cart is still happening as described before. The store version that was supplied in the update instructions is 6.7.9 The word press version is 3.4.1
I deactivated and then deleted the old version and then uploaded the new version of the store so there shouldn’t be any conflict with the old version.
With the update the other issue with product receipts and e-mails has resolved itself in sandbox testing mode. All e-mails and product links are being sent properly. For the PDT option I have a landing page but I do not display product links only a thank you and check your e-mail message. Correction. For a squeeze form download the email gets sent to the buyer and inventory and client list updates however the e-mail notification to the seller does not get sent.
Squeeze form download links work fine and emails get sent and inventory and client list updates. but not for paid products.
I am using version 6.5.2
The “Hit enter to submit new Quantity” doesn’t appear. I’ve tried it on Safari explorer and Firefox. If I hit the enter button it does update the quantity but the line giving the instruction to do so does not appear.
I’ve run into another problem as well. Upon purchasing a product, paypal processes everything and sends receipts, however the product does not update on the product page. ie. the buyers details do not get added to the customer list. the inventory sold does not change and no contact e-mails from my site go to the buyer or me as the merchant. If paypal didn’t send anything I wouldn’t even know a purchase happened and neither did the customer receive any instructions including download links.
They will send me the list of the 10 digit codes. I just looked at the CSV file in my PHP Admin and it looks like I can upload an edited CSV file with the codes and it should work. Is there another way of doing this through the plug in or is uploading an edited CSV file the best option?
