January 20, 2011 at 1:11 am in reply to: Which language-plugin works well with estore to set up a multilingual shop? #28020cdarkinsMemberhello amin!
is there a way to just add the i18n-feature without updating the whole plugin?
the reason i’d prefer that way is that our programmer has modified estore to our whishes and now every update is connected with a lot of comparing and testing, which costs us a lot of time and money..
and we just did a major update some weeks ago, it would be quite a pain to have to do it again within such a short time.
It’d be great if there was a simple way to accomplish that.

I’ve got Version 4.7.4. installed, but can’t find the i18n language, it’s not in the language-dropdown-menu on the main settings page.
where do I have to look for it?

I know that the admin can change the language of eStore. But only into one language.
I need 2 or more languages at the same time, the user will choose which one.
So we want to install one of the many wp-plugins for multilingual-blogs. It won’t be a problem to switch the language of everything except the shop-plugin; tags, categories, articles will all be handled by the language plugin – but how can we connect the shopping cart-language switch?

For example use “fluffy” to find the song “little fluffy clouds”

Everything is working fine now.. The update solved the problem, although it took a lot of time to integrate the changes we had made to the plugin.
Cheers!
September 16, 2010 at 5:13 pm in reply to: Display the gross-prices instead of the "pre-tax" price #24314cdarkinsMemberThe customer need to see the gross-price everywhere on the site. The net-price is only necessary in the shopping-cart-page.
As this is mandatory in Germany and many other countries in the European Union I think it would be a great addition for many users if you could implement such a function to the next version of estore.
cdarkinsMemberHi Amin!
I’ve read it but it doesn’t help.
The server has 4gigabytes of Ram, 3 of them are always free. There’s nothing but gameaudio.net on it with eStore.
I really wouldn’t like the customers to find out the real file location. And breaking files into parts.. well that’d be ok for stuff larger than 100mb. But 20mb parts would be quite impractical.
Oh, as said, everything worked fine before my upgrade of wordpress 3.0.1english to wordpress 3.0.1. german. Or the installation of wp3 cache killed something(I already deinstalled that again)
It would be great if you could have a short look at it.
Cheers,
Charles
cdarkinsMemberYou were right. It works fine now!
Thanks for the fast help!
Great plugin, great price and obviously good and fast support!
cdarkinsMemberHi!
Thank you for your fast reply!
The site is
I think it has something to do with the server/hoster
I can see that the maindomainzone is gameaudio.net without www.
But when I change WP’s General-Settings to without www it doesn’t work either.
In the DNS settings of the server I can see that there is an CName entry http://www.gameaudio.net.
Could this be the reason for my problem? What to do in that case?
If this helps I can send you an admin-login to the site or FTP-acces, just give me an adress where I can send it.
Cheers,
Charles
cdarkinsMemberHi!
I just bought eStore and set it up this evening. So it’s an absolute fresh install of wordpress3.01 as well as eStore. I followed the documentation exactly (as far as I understood everything correctly)
But same problem here.
I have no clue what to do next.
Hope you can help!
Cheers,
Charles
