OK that was the problem. I suspected WP Super Cache was the problem so i deactivated it but the problem persisted. I turned it back on and changed the settings as recommended and works fine now. Thanks!
camsterMemberOk I found the problem and am embarrassed but happy to say its not an estore issue. I copied the URL to the image as you asked and after close examination I discovered the program I used to rename all of my images gave the extension jpg all caps to be JPG. As the path to the image is case sensitive it did not show. But for some strange reason it gave a few random images the lower case extension jpg and they did show up. I never noticed the difference until I physically copied the image name and pasted into the URL as you asked.
Thanks for your help in solving this.
camsterMembersorry this should have been posted in the troubleshooting subforum, not sure how to move it.
camsterMembersorry last sentence isn’t clear
Is there a column in the csv template I can use or create to insert data into the digital variation field?
hope this makes sense
camsterMemberActually I have the same question but am not skilled or confident enough to mess with the database.
I as well assumed the “variation4” column was the column for digital variation.
I imported my csv via the csv to db plugin and insted of the “variation4” column being inserted into the digital variation field it inserted it into the variation 3 field.
I thought I would be able to just cut and paste from variation 3 to the digital variation.
But when I do that I then get error messages saying the digital product URL and the thumbnail URL are incorrect?
Is there a column in the csv template I can use or I can create?
Thanks

I was refreshing the browser and it was logging me out. Still kind of weird because I’ve tried on another computer and I can purchase without logging in and dont get the “You dont have permission to view drafts” . Anyway it’s solved.
