Testing cart -"You dont have permission to view drafts"

Hello, I have set up my cart and have tested. Everything seems to work fine except when I try to view the cart. Sometimes it works, sometimes I get a meesage.

“You dont have permission to view drafts”

I am logged in as administrator.

Why cant I view my cart????

ps. The cart is set as Published and Public not a Draft, as is the page with the Add to Cart button

OK I sort of know what the problem is. I was refreshing the browser and it was logging me out. Still kind of weird because I’ve tried on another computer and I can purchase without logging in and dont get the “You dont have permission to view drafts” . Anyway it’s solved.
