I am having the same problem – and using [wp_eStore_transaction_result:end] results in “The Fund have not been cleared yet. Product will be delivered when the fund clears!”.
Any solution for this yet?

It certainly helped me – as soon as I turned both Sandbox email accounts (Payment Review) to disabled, it worked.
