The files are between 217348KB and 493998KB (They contain video files)
What do you mean a different download method?
At the present I’m hosting the file on my web server.
I’ve also tried changing the names of the files to see if that makes a difference.
The direct links work but not the encrypted ones.
Here’s the latest test:

I have performed the test with download_manager_debug.log file.
Can I send it to you directly as opposed to posting it on the forum?
I have a legitimate copy of the eStore plugin and my encrypted links don’t work either. This is one of the main reason I purchased this plugin and it appears not to work.
I have tried resetting the shopping chart to default on the admin page, but to no avail. I don’t even get an error number or message.
