encrypted links not working, cant find solution on forum

I have performed the test with download_manager_debug.log file.

Can I send it to you directly as opposed to posting it on the forum?

The download script is being prematurely terminated. Please try a different download method. Also, how large is the file being Downloaded?

The files are between 217348KB and 493998KB (They contain video files)

What do you mean a different download method?

At the present I’m hosting the file on my web server.

I’ve also tried changing the names of the files to see if that makes a difference.

The direct links work but not the encrypted ones.

However, due to the size of your files I believe that various server timeout issues beyond your control are causing the hosting provider to prematurely terminate the download manager script.
