I have performed the test with download_manager_debug.log file.
Can I send it to you directly as opposed to posting it on the forum?August 22, 2011 at 1:22 pm #32754wzpModerator
The download script is being prematurely terminated. Please try a different download method. Also, how large is the file being Downloaded?August 22, 2011 at 1:49 pm #32755ashdrumMember
The files are between 217348KB and 493998KB (They contain video files)
What do you mean a different download method?
At the present I’m hosting the file on my web server.
I’ve also tried changing the names of the files to see if that makes a difference.
The direct links work but not the encrypted ones.
Here’s the latest test:

This thread discusses the various download methods and how to set them…
However, due to the size of your files I believe that various server timeout issues beyond your control are causing the hosting provider to prematurely terminate the download manager script.
I mitigate these kind of issues, eStore supports native Amazon S3 integration…
Users have reported that using Amazon S3 integration totally remedies previous download problems. The reason for this is because by using S3, the performance burden of the secured download process is being handled by the higher performing Amazon S3 network.
BTW, video files are already compressed, there is only a negligible benefit from putting them in a zip file.
