Here’s how I create my zip files on Windows 8.
I right click on my video or audio file, click “Send To”, and then click “Compressed (zipped) folder”
Is this the standard Windows zip utility?
June 6, 2015 at 12:30 am in reply to: eStore – Uploading MP3 tracks to Amazon S3 without a zip file #70346andeMemberI have tested the download several times, and it opens perfectly fine for me. I have a PC, Windows 8. But many customers, particularly on Macs are having difficulty opening the zip files. Some Mac-users found Stuffit Expander helpful to open the zip.
Because of this, I’m trying to come up with another way to put my MP3 tracks in a non-zipped folder to upload to Amazon S3. Do you know of a way I can do this?
June 2, 2015 at 3:13 pm in reply to: Can a customer stream a video while waiting for digital download to complete? #70233andeMemberI did all this, thank you. Everything works great, but I see that the Product Specific Instructions for both of these products (digital & stream) carry over to the bundle.
Is there a way to deactivate the Product Specific Instructions for the 2 products in the bundle?
I would like to just have Product Specific Instructors for the bundle itself.

What’s the best way to go about setting up this product in the estore, such that the customer purchases a digital download product, then gets an email receipt with the download link AND the streaming link. Thank you.

andeMemberI use Paypal as my payment gateway, and tried to set up my regional (Colorado state only) sales tax collection with them. They told me, however, that because I use Paypal Payments Pro, specifically, I cannot use the Paypal system to set up regional sales tax collection, and I have to use my shopping cart. Is what’s written in the post below the only option to solve this problem?
Thanks!
andeMemberIs there any way to use the “return URL” on a per product basis when using an “Add To Cart” button? I have a specific product, that when customers purchase, I need to direct to a different Thank You page after they purchase. But I need to use the Add to Cart button for this product, not the Buy Now or Subscription button.
