February 26, 2013 at 9:48 pm in reply to: How to modify contact form of manual checkout/gateway #26684ahugessenMemberI am having the same issue with changing the fields? I removed them from manual gateway functions php under the estore check address details but the fields I removed are still there? cleared cache, even tried a computer that had never visited the site.
As you can see I was able to change the labels on some fields but I wish to remove some

ahugessenMemberYes, I tried that when I went through the various articles. It works, however, it does not allow the user to “shop” the page… they cannot browse and add multiple products as they get sent to the checkout page the first time they click “add to cart”. This is not any kind of a solution except to people who only offer one product per page.
ahugessenMemberOK, well good news/bad news.
It seems to be a theme issue as when I changed to the default theme it worked fine…. So I’m glad to have isolated the issue.
The challenge is, what can I do to fix this? I saw a few references to some code changes in the thread but it was unclear as to where those changes need to be made. The theme is called Clifden [http://www.mojo-themes.com/item/clifden-responsive-business-wordpress-theme/]
Please let me know if you need to see some of the files in order to help identify what needs to be removed/ edited
Thanks,
ahugessenMemberThanks for the response – yes that is what is confusing, it seems to work fine for most. I did investigate the problematic ones and it isn’t just a case of people who may not know to check their spam box.
I am using version v5.8.3
The code I am using is: [wp_eStore_free_download_ajax:product_id:5:end]
The code that I have tried to use that just appears as the code on the page is: [wp_eStore_free_download_squeeze_form id=5]
Thanks!

Thanks for your help
November 16, 2012 at 3:38 pm in reply to: email field (or any other) will not stamp when using a squeeze page #51418ahugessenMemberIm using e-store 5.8.3 and stamper 4.1.9
I’m using {customer_name} which works fine
and {customer_email} which just repeats the customer name
I’m using this shortcode [wp_eStore_free_download_ajax:product_id:1:end] when I try the other shortcode suggested in the squeeze page literature it just appears on the page as the short code (tried entering in both html and visual)
Here is the page itself if it is of any help [http://www.facetracks.com/tesoro/]
I noticed above you used the {customer_address} tag not email? I will try that just to make sure
Thanks
