    HI,

I am offering a free coupon using a squeeze page but would like to be able to add something to prevent people from downloading it multiple times. I thought to add the email and have it stamped but when I add the {customer_email} it simply adds another copy of the name. I also tried adding a transaction ID and again, it just repeats the name.

    Any ideas or work arounds?

    Thanks

The squeeze form only collects the user’s “Name” and “Email” Address. So those are the only two pieces of information that it can stamp.

With that said, are you saying it stamps the “name” where you have entered the {customer_address} tag?

What version of the plugins are you using?

What shortcode are you using to place the squeeze form?

    Im using e-store 5.8.3 and stamper 4.1.9

I’m using {customer_name} which works fine

and {customer_email} which just repeats the customer name

I’m using this shortcode [wp_eStore_free_download_ajax:product_id:1:end] when I try the other shortcode suggested in the squeeze page literature it just appears on the page as the short code (tried entering in both html and visual)

Here is the page itself if it is of any help [http://www.facetracks.com/tesoro/]

I noticed above you used the {customer_address} tag not email? I will try that just to make sure

    Thanks

Yup…. {customer_address} does the trick. Not sure why it isn’t customer email but whatever, glad it works.

    Thanks for your help

Glad to hear you got it sorted out with the address tag. There is another tag called {customer_email}. I think if you reload the plugins you should have that working too.
